A rare Irish George III silver nutmeg grater plus one other James Keating, Dublin circa 1795 Oval form, hinged top and bottom, both covers featuring reeded rims, the whole plain polished with the cover monogrammed 'SMC' flanked by foliage, opening to reveal a fixed grater, together with a George III silver nutmeg grater, Phipps & Robinson, London 1803, rectangular box shaped with canted corners, engine-turned trellis pattern centred by a rectangular vacant cartouche to the cover, opening to reveal a fixed grater, the base with flush hinge, weight total 2.3oz.
