A 19th Century Bloor Derby (1830-48) dinner service, green banded with floral spray decoration within a gadrooned border, bearing crown and ribbon Derby oxide red over glaze mark comprising four vegetable tureens and covers, two soup tureens and covers, four sauce tureens and covers and stands, one rectangular deep dish, sixteen graduated serving platters, eighteen soup bowls, seventy-two dinner plates and twenty-four side or dessert plates (141 pieces total) CONDITION REPORTS General overview - one of the large tureens is broken to both the base and the lid. The other large tureen is heavily discoloured and has hairline fractures. The larger serving plate has hairline fractures and discolouration. Majority of pieces have discolouration of some type. Approximately a dozen of the pieces, mainly the serving items, the tureens, serving dishes and platters, have significant damage and have old fashioned stapled repairs. All items have discolouration/staining and have crazing. All are very dirty and in need of a clean. Approximately half a dozen of the large plates have significant chips to the edges and approximately four of the smaller plates the same and approximately half of the soup bowls have significant chips. There is wear to the gilding and decoration throughout and the majority of the plates have star cracks etc - see images for examples, advise viewing in person

One tea cup has had a significant break and repair. Another tea cup has staining to the interior. The other tea cups all appear OK but they sound very dull. All the saucers and tea plates appear OK, however they all sound quite dull. There is some small crazing to the back of the tea plates, otherwise all pieces have general wear to include some light surface scratching etc conducive with age and use - see images for more details
A 19th century blue and white tureen decorated with the Mausoleum of Sultan Purveiz near Allahabad pattern, possibly William Walsh or Herculanium.Condition:- General wear through age and use, crazing throughout, nibbles to bottom edge of each handle, repair to 2" section of rim on lid, some small glazing imperfections, no sign of any other major damage or repair.Dimensions:- 30cm x 21cm.

An early 20th century hallmarked silver tea caddy. The caddy in the form of a tureen having a footed base rising to oval form. The caddy having twin handles and hinged lid with serpentine rim with ivory (see footnote) finial in the form of a pineapple. Hallmarked for London, 1913. Makers mark rubbed to be illegible. English creamware melon sauce tureen, cover and fixed stand, circa 1775, impressed LP incised 2 and 16 marks, naturalistically modelled with fruiting leafy finial, on a fixed leaf-shaped stand with pierced branch handle, 29.5cm long, a creamware dinner plate, painted with puce feathered flower garland border and a pair of Newstone china mugs painted purple with chinoiserie figures in landscape (damage and restoration) (4) Condition ReportThe melon tureen - the dark patches which are visible are areas of discoloured overpainting. The finial has been cracked through stem and has possibliy been detached and refixed, with restoration and overpainting (now discoloured), the tureen has been cracked, with a section at side restuck, with extensive overpainting(again discoloured), some small chips and cracks to rim, again overpainted, and slight chipping to tips of leaf stand.
