A JAPANESE TINPLATE N.A.S.A. SPACE STATION BY S.H. (HORIKAWA) No. 378795, contained in its original cardboard box Condition Report:"Battery compartments are all in good order, with no acid leakage. Rubber wheels are are somewhat mildew-y but otherwise in sound order and not dry/cracked. Body of the space station with numerous small chips, scuffs Window panes are all dirty and scuffed. Minor rusting where plating is chipped. Box is scuffed and creased, with bumped corners. Annotated in ink ""Colin"" over the body of the space station."
A S.H. (Horikawa) Japan C. 1960's Battery Operated Tinplate Space Station No 378795 N.A.S.A. Man Made Earth of Space Age, equipped with engine room, rest and recreation room, dining room (split to plastic window - sellotape repair), controllers room, engine room, revolving antenna, three UM-11.5v battery compartments (varying degrees of corrosion displayed), box base has two puncture holes, wear crushing/creasing to box lid, untested.
Horikawa (SH Toys of Japan) 1960's "Machine Robot" - scarce battery-operated 12"/30cm robot is dark metallic grey, some surface corrosion around the opening battery compartment cover at the rear but does include the see through plastic chest with green/red gear train, red feet and beacon to head, untested but appears otherwise Good for display and still retains its Fair to Good illustrated card box (split to one corner of the lid) with inner card packing piece.
Horikawa (SH Toys of Japan) "Busy Cart Robot" - very scarce 1960's example with tinprinted body, clean battery compartment to rear although the plastic base of the compartment is cracked, but doesn't detract from the models appearance on display, finished in dark grey/pale yellow with detailed tinprinting. This model has been retro fitted with a replacement after market plastic wheelbarrow but does include the original plastic hard hat - still a Good to Good Plus example, 11"/28cm high.
Horikawa / SH Toys of Japan "Friendship-7" tinplate "Space Capsule" - friction drive example with clear plastic cockpit to rear tinprinted Pilot, tinprinted in blue/red, a recent limited edition production - Excellent Plus, 6"/16cm long and comes in a Good card box with illustrated label to the lid.

A Horikawa of Japan 1970's vintage battery powered Attacking Martian Robot comprising a gold & grey tinplate body with detailing, grey plastic lags, arms and head, red plastic feet, guns to the chest, the robot has been tested, but alas is not currently in working order, it is however very clean
