Bowl, Johann Loetz Witwe, Klostermuhle | height: 7.5 cm | etched cameo glass | 1920s | marked "Richard" | Loetz produced cameo glass under the "Richard" brand in the 1920s to meet the demand for cameo glass in the Paris market | Art Nouveau work by Richard Burgsthal for the Loetz glassworks between 1920 and 1929. Richard Burgsthal (René Billa) was a musician, a painter and a master glassmaker. He produced stained glass windows that cn bee seen in the Abbey of Fonfroide and the cathedrals of Carcassonne.

A Regency tea caddy of sarcophagus form on brass paw feet, the top opening to reveal a fitted interior with a glass bowl and a silver Mappin & Webb caddy spoon.32cm wide x 16.5cm deep x 23cm high Qty: 2One of the boxes within with the moulding to the front of the lid missing. The tin within the boxes is degraded and largely absent. Slight lifting to the brass on the banding on one side and on the right hand edge of the front. Very slight damage to the rosewood in between two stars on the lower band on the left hand side. A small piece of moulding around the bottom by the back left foot missing.
An 18th/19th century Bohemian milk glass tankard 14cm high together with Chinese porcelain bowl 24cm diameter 12cm high, Milk tankard - losses to gilding rim, otherwise appears good. Bowl - glaze loss to very top of rim and rough to touch if running a finger round it. Hairline crack to base. Hairline crack internal. Few small chips to top rim. Glaze imperfections but probably in line with time 18th/19th century. Minor losses to decoration. See condition report photos.

Four pieces of vintage Murano art glass: 1. a horned vase in blue, yellow and clear glass, probably by Flavio Poli for Sommerso, 29.5 cm high; 2. two similar tricolour three-bowl ashtrays (possibly Romanian?), one in clear glass, the other smoked, approx. 14 to 15 cm in diameter; 3. a blue and clear glass basket, 16 cm high. * Condition: The horned vase has four small frits and a few smaller fleabite nibbles to the edge of the base. Otherwise good, with just expected scratching to the bases.
