An 18th century Dutch silver tobacco box Wijnand Warneke, Amsterdam, 1768 Shaped-rectangular form with bellied sides and moulded corners, with scroll apron below on inward sweeping scroll feet to each corner, the shaped high domed pull-off cover with large leaf scroll finial, 14.5cm wide, 11m deep, 17.5cm high (5 1/2in wide, 4in deep, 6 1/2in high), weight 21.9 troy oz, weight 678.4gms.
